WELCOME TO SONIC SPOTLIGHT PRODUCTIONS.
Sonic Spotlight Productions was formed in the Winter of 2022 in Bucyrus, Ohio with the intent of providing support, resources, and services for local music and musicians in Crawford County, and its neighboring counties (Huron, Richland, Morrow, Marion, Wyandot, and Seneca Counties). After over 20 years in the fields of music education, music production (live and recorded), and basic instrument repairs, the owners witnessed a participation decline in school, local, independent, and live music in their region, and set out to begin to help to address it.
An imbalance between what local musicians are paid (which varies from “very little” to “you were given the opportunity to perform”) is something that we believe it’s time to fix, and that we believe we have the experience and infrastructure to tackle.
